NRL Group is seeking a Digital Marketing and AI Growth Manager to drive visibility and performance across our digital ecosystem. Hybrid role based in Wigan, with two days in the office, blending technology, marketing and innovation to strengthen brand authority.

You will lead SEO, GEO and AI search strategies, oversee website governance, CRO initiatives, and analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact. Strong experience in GA4, CRM integrations and CMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B and B2C digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, GEO and AI search principles.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, CRM integrations and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven experience leading CRO programmes and digital transformation projects.
• Confident communicator with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SEO, GEO and AI search strategy to increase digital visibility and authority.
• Oversee digital estate governance, website development and performance across brands.
• Lead CRO initiatives and shape user journeys to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and automation workflows.
• Build dashboards, insights and analytics for strategy and performance reporting.
• Drive AI adoption and experimentation across marketing activities.
• Collaborate with experts to develop authoritative content building brand trust.
• Guide agency partnerships and internal teams to optimise the digital footprint.
