Job summary

EY in London, England is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. This on-site role focuses on content production, optimization and publishing, with emphasis on governance, automation and scalable operations within a global, matrixed EY environment.

The role requires coordinating with BMC, SEO, GDS and regional teams, developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and driving improvements to content

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital content, web, marketing operations or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle including governance and retirement.
• Experience with enterprise content platforms (AEM/Marketo) and related tech.
• Knowledge of SEO, taxonomy and content governance principles.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Understanding EY's global operating environment, GDPR and governance standards.
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models and multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, optimization programs, publishing process improvements and platform projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules and milestones with reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; drive resolution and escalation.
• Ensure editorial, taxonomy, compliance and governance standards throughout content lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies to improve productivity.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, pilot and implement new processes.
• Lead workflow optimizations to simplify processes and enable AI-assisted publishing.
• Drive change management for new tools, technologies and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports and guidance for transparency.
