Lloyds Bank plc is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to lead digital projects within Group Corporate Affairs, driving the evolution of the corporate site and AI-enabled content workflows. You will prioritise development work, align with engineering teams, and oversee content governance to improve performance and discoverability.

The role requires strong project leadership, agile practices, and a solid technical background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management from brief to execution.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading website development and delivery.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, user journeys and website optimisation and standards.
• Strong writing skills across content types.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience of Adobe Analytics and Content Square, including performance measurement.
• AI literacy: curious mindset and proven responsible leveraging of AI.

Responsibilities

• Build strong internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams across the business.
• Be highly organised, managing multiple projects and workstreams with prioritisation.
• Collate and prioritise development work, website issues and defects, and support scoping and sizing.
• Provide technical input to support decisions on future development and enhancements.
• Drive the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform with platform teams.
• Treat AI and large language models as a core audience; structure content for AI outputs.
• Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) content structuring and surfacing.
• Maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS for accuracy and performance.
• Coordinate testing, sign-off, and issue resolution for route-to-live processes, including occasional out-of-hours work.
• Present progress and priorities to senior stakeholders.
