Job description

  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy
  • We’re looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager in our Group Corporate Affairs team to help elevate us to the next stage of our digital journey
  • Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) is an award-winning team that provides the insight, counsel, and challenge the Group needs to deliver its strategic objectives. We deliver best-in-class communications for key audiences, ensuring Lloyds Banking Group is recognised for Helping Britain Prosper
  • You’ll join the Digital team, responsible for overseeing and developing the Lloyds Banking Group corporate website, our primary external platform for engaging with partners, investors, media and prospective employees, as well as an increasingly important channel for how the Group is understood in AI driven environments
  • The primary objective of this role is to continue developing lloydsbankinggroup.com into an outstanding digital experience for our audiences, while supporting the delivery and distribution of content that helps build and protect our reputation and purpose
  • This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills to join at an important time and make a real difference to an already ambitious team
  • You’ll build strong internal relationships and collaborate with multiple teams across the business
  • You’ll be highly organised, with experience managing multiple projects and workstreams at the same time, and able to prioritise effectively
  • You’ll be responsible for collating and prioritising development work, website issues and defects, and supporting scoping and sizing
  • You’ll have technical knowledge to support decisions on future development and enhancements
  • You’ll help drive the transition of the website towards an AI-enabled platform, working closely with technical and platform teams
  • You’ll treat AI and large language models as a core audience, ensuring content is structured and clearly represented in AI generated outputs
  • Support the evolution from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring content is structured, cited and accurately surfaced
  • Partner closely with AI, Lab and platform teams to embed AI into CMS workflows, tooling and ways of working
  • You’ll maintain day-to-day website content using a CMS to ensure content is accurate, optimised and effective for our audiences, supporting improvements in performance and discoverability
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the route to live process for the website, including coordinating testing, providing sign off and resolving issues, while acting as a key point of contact. This may involve some out of hours work
  • You’ll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and priorities
Benefits
  • A generous holiday allowance: You’ll be eligible for a minimum of 22 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), rising to 30 days based on length of service and grade.
  • A flexible way of working: Whether you want flexibility over your location or when you log on, together we can create an approach that works for you and for the business.
  • Family leave: Up to 63 weeks of maternity or adoption leave. Statutory maternity or adoption pay is available for 39 weeks, and 20 weeks will be enhanced to the equivalent of full pay. Partners can have six weeks of fully paid paternity leave.
  • Flex cash: This is 4% of your basic salary and can be used to spend on the benefits of your choice, or you can choose to take it as a cash top up in your monthly salary.
  • Health insurance: Our company funded Private Medical Benefit provides all colleagues with access to good quality medical care, including accommodation, nursing care and specialist advice.
  • Colleague Offers: Get discounts on everything from electrical items to cinema tickets and weekly food shopping. You can share this benefit with up to ten family members or friends.
