You will drive campaign delivery across paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn), optimizing for lead quality and cost per lead while reporting on pipeline impact.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing, analytics, and collaboration with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on performance marketing and demand/lead generation experience in B2B SaaS or tech
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Proven ability to manage budgets, targeting and execution on Google Ads/LinkedIn
• Experience with generative AI tools and A/B testing to improve outcomes
• Familiarity with analytics, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize and measure demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other channels.
• Collaborate with content, design and product marketing to align messaging and assets for campaigns.
• Monitor CAC, CTR, conversion funnels and pipeline ROI; provide actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve landing pages and creative formats.
• Partner with Sales Operations to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
