Noise Media Group is seeking an ambitious Paid Search Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, while overseeing substantial client budgets to maximise performance.

You will leverage AI-driven bidding, first-party data activation, and privacy-aware measurement to measure impact, inform strategy, and drive client success with cross-channel attribution insights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads accounts at scale across multiple clients/verticals.
• Strong command of AI-driven bidding strategies: Target ROAS, Target CPA, Maximise Conversions.
• Experience building and activating first-party data: Customer Match, GA4 audience integration, CRM uploads.
