Job summary

CoStar Group in Irvine, UK seeks a driven digital marketing leader to develop integrated campaigns, grow qualified bidder volume, and optimize the buyer funnel. You will lead email marketing and CRM programs, collaborating with SEM to inform strategy and drive optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a marketplace/e-commerce/lead-generation environment.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
• Experience managing or collaborating with SEM/paid search vendors or specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret campaign and funnel data and translate insights into action.
• Practical AI fluency in your own working process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns and audience growth strategies that increase qualified bidder volume
• Lead email marketing and CRM programs, including bidder nurture, re-engagement, and lifecycle communications
• Partner with CoStar’s centralized SEM team to inform paid search strategy, support campaign execution, and identify ongoing optimization opportunities
• Monitor asset-level marketing performance, identify gaps, and prioritize additional digital support for underperforming or time-sensitive assets
• Optimize the end-to-end buyer funnel, from traffic and account creation through vault visits, registration, bidder qualification, and bid activity
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and communicate clear insights to key stakeholders
• Use AI tools in your own workflow — for campaign optimization, content production, and performance analysis — to increase the speed and quality of demand generation output and share effective practices with the team
