Job summary

GlobalLogic is recruiting a Technical Programme Manager (AI SDLC) in the UK to drive the full lifecycle of multi-million-pound AI-enabled software programmes. You will lead distributed teams, establish governance, and shape AI tooling adoption across client SDLCs.

You will engage with client CTOs/CIOs, manage P&L, and align architecture with modern AI platforms while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of AI integration in software engineering, including LLMOps and RAG patterns.
• Experience leading multi-million-pound programmes and large, distributed delivery teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, GDPR and regulatory considerations in AI-enabled software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI SDLC delivery across complex programmes.
• Incorporate AI tooling into client pipelines and measure productivity.
• Ensure architectural alignment of AI stacks for scalability and security.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and craft SOWs for AI platform engineering.
• Establish governance for AI software quality and automated evaluation.
