Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing experience across Retail Media, SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic.
• Customer success or account management experience within digital marketing.
• Experience or willingness to utilise AI tools to organise and automate client prep, communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical support and best practice across retail media advertising strategies.
• Drive optimum platform usage through training and regular performance reviews.
• Run effective discovery to understand each client's advertising objectives and optimise performance.
• Nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the account.
• Utilise AI to optimise workflow, prioritise tasks and balance high-touch with strategic accounts.
