Job summary

The Candidate Ltd in Greater Manchester is growing its Customer Success team to support a US client base. You’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and play a key role in managing client relationships and driving results.

You’ll be highly commercial and data-driven, using AI and analytics to pull reports, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Background in digital/performance marketing.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve reporting and productivity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to accommodate occasional US working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of US clients.
• Lead approximately 4-5 client calls per day, providing advice and performance insights.
• Use AI and data tools to pull reports, analyse performance and identify trends and opportunities.
• Turn data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Brief the wider team following client meetings, communicating key actions, feedback and opportunities.
• Attend daily internal meetings with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, performance and client priorities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance, retention and growth.
• Manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
