Job summary

Buildots, the world’s leading construction intelligence platform, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive onboarding, adoption, and ROI across multiple projects in London. You will be the voice of the customer, align with product teams, and help expand relationships with key accounts while traveling up to 20%.

You will manage on-site implementations, train users, and collaborate with a fast-growing team to ensure data is embedded into day-to-day practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction professional experience (site-based preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills with senior and junior colleagues.
• Proactive, independent, and capable of end-to-end ownership of customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to maximize adoption, onboarding, and ROI across multiple construction projects.
• Lead relationships with key champions, ensuring they feel supported while voicing customer needs internally.
• Efficiently onboard new users and drive seamless adoption with on-site training.
• Extract insights from data and feedback to influence Buildots product roadmap and features.
• Demonstrate demonstrable value to customers and document success stories for internal use.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to refine delivery and build playbooks for ongoing impact.
