Job summary

ADVANCE®AI is a UK-based SaaS company transforming how pharmaceutical teams collect, analyse and act on field insights. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to deliver value across UK and international clients, with remote work options and travel to client sites.

You will manage onboarding, adoption and ongoing program success, aligning stakeholders across Commercial, Medical and Operational functions and ensuring measurable outcomes from ADVANCE®AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical field roles such as Sales Representative, KAM, Hospital Specialist, Brand Manager or Commercial Excellence.
• Exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Customer Engagement or Marketing.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German (native in one language).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new client programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial, medical and field leadership teams.
• Deliver training, workshops and best-practice guidance.
• Translate AI-generated data into actionable recommendations.
• Support account growth, renewals and customer advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Operations and Commercial teams.
