Job summary

Cyberstaff is building an AI-powered platform and you’ll join early to shape the customer journey. As Customer Success Executive you’ll own onboarding, support and expansion with customers, working with the founding team to deliver value from day one.

You’ll balance empathy with practical problem solving, nurture relationships and spot growth opportunities without being pushy, helping us evolve the product and customer experience as we scale in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities without being pushy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide setup.
• Maintain proactive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide first-line support and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and upgrade.
• Monitor usage and retention; escalate as needed.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with product team.
