Job summary

Zuto, located in Manchester City Centre, seeks a Conversion & Experimentation Manager to lead the growth engine by understanding customer journeys, identifying friction points and driving improvements through data-driven experimentation.

You will combine behavioural insights, analytics and AI-powered tooling to learn faster and boost customer conversion and funding outcomes for more customers.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion performance across key customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve progression, engagement and funded deals.
• Build and maintain a prioritised optimisation roadmap focused on the opportunities with the greatest customer and commercial impact.
• Identify and remove friction throughout the customer journey.
• Use continuous optimisation to improve both customer outcomes and business performance.
• Connect conversion activity directly to measurable commercial results.
• Design, execute and evaluate experiments across customer journeys, communications and digital experiences.
• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to move ideas quickly from opportunity through to implementation.
• Create a rapid test-and-learn culture where decisions are based on evidence rather than opinion.
