Job summary

Zuto is seeking a UX Product Designer in Manchester City Centre to join our Growth team. You will turn customer problems and opportunities into rapid prototypes, combining user research, behavioural data and AI-enabled design principles to drive fast validation with real customers.

You’ll lead the development of an AI-enabled design system and work closely with Product, CRO, Engineering and Data teams to test and refine experiences that accelerate car finance decisions for our customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing digital products and customer experiences.
• Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals.
• Ability to move from idea to prototype quickly without compromising design intent.
• Experience building and evolving scalable design systems.
• Product mindset with strong commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into high-quality prototypes quickly to gather customer feedback.
• Create customer journeys, wireframes, flows and testable prototypes.
• Translate problems and opportunities into testable experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with Product, CRO, Engineering and Data teams to improve outcomes.
