Job summary

Maxwell Bond is seeking a commercially minded Conversion & Experimentation Manager to lead optimisation across the customer journey. You’ll own performance, leverage AI-enabled analytics and experimentation to uncover friction points and drive measurable growth.

You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Marketing to move ideas from concept to implementation, prioritising high-impact opportunities and embedding a data-led, test-and-learn culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience within CRO, Growth, Product Analytics or similar.
Strong analytical skills with behavioural data interpretation.
Comfort using AI tools to support analysis and experimentation.
Solid understanding of customer behaviour and experimentation frameworks.
Commercial mindset linking optimisation to business performance.
Curious with a drive for continuous improvement.
Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive, accountable and results-oriented.
Collaborative across Product, Marketing, Design, Data and Tech teams.

Responsibilities
