Job summary

Qurated is seeking an experienced Change & Training Lead to drive training and adoption across a technology transformation within a large field service organisation. This hands-on role will deliver training for new systems, scheduling, mobile and AI-enabled tools, working with office, finance, field operatives and subcontractors to ensure successful go-live.

You will build training frameworks, create guides and content, and lead a network of Super Users to maximise adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT training, systems training or digital adoption.
• Strong experience delivering training around new systems, software or technology.
• Proven experience building training frameworks and programmes.
• Experience supporting system implementations and go-live.
• Comfortable training both office-based and frontline/field users.
• Experience with field service, workforce management, scheduling or mobile technology is highly desirable.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and digital adoption for new systems and technology
• Build training frameworks, programmes and supporting materials
• Create guides, walkthroughs, videos, webinars and practical learning content
• Train and support office, finance, field operatives and subcontractors
• Build and support Super User / Training Champion networks
• Manage resistance and drive user adoption
• Support implementation, pilots and go-live activity
• Provide floor-walking, coaching and hands-on user support
• Measure training completion, competency and system adoption
• Embed practical use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
