Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking a Change & Training Lead for a major utilities sector rollout. You will oversee end-to-end training and adoption across offices, finance, field and subcontractor teams, delivering engaging materials and AI-enabled training.

The role requires hands-on delivery, development of a Training Champion network, and a focus on changing user behaviour to embed new tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT training, digital adoption or business change programmes within fixed timelines.
• Experience training diverse audiences including office-based users, field workers and external users or contractors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex software processes and create engaging training content.
• Experience with workplace AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with digital adoption tools (WalkMe/Whatfix) and Microsoft 365/Teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end training and adoption strategy for a major system rollout and AI tool integration.
• Create role-specific programmes and materials for administrative, finance, field and subcontractor users.
• Build a Training Champion / Super User network to support long-term adoption.
• Produce engaging guides, videos and bite-sized training for users with varying digital literacy.
• Track training completion, adoption and competency metrics in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
