Job summary

TheSoul Group is pioneering AI-native transformations for mid-market companies. We seek a Client Deployment Lead, AI to embed with leadership teams, own client relationships, and drive real business outcomes on the ground.

Based anywhere in EMEA, you will work remotely with regular on-site client visits, build automations and data workflows, and lead deployments end-to-end with hands-on leadership and a clear impact on client metrics.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years as a senior contributor leading large-scale transformations.
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end deployments and owning P&L impact.
• Hands-on AI builder with ability to prototype agents and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship through to the CEO and executive steering committee.
• Run the transformation cadence with weekly reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Lead end-to-end deployment with hands-on platform work and direct remote engineers.
• Prototype against real client data and direct remote engineers for deeper engineering.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes with client sign-off.
• Manage 2–3 concurrent engagements as deployments mature.
• Codify methods after deployments to speed up future work.
• Travel 30–60% to client sites in EMEA.
