Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a Client Development AI Transformation Manager in London to lead the design, delivery and embedding of the Client Development AI Roadmap. You will drive governance, playbooks and training to scale AI adoption across the team.

This managerial role focuses on maximizing efficiency and quality of outputs through repeatable AI use cases, prompts and agents, with human-in-the-loop oversight and collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI or transformation projects.
• Ability to design governance and playbooks for AI initiatives.
• Strong collaboration across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support AI Working Group to move use cases into practical workflows.
• Create and manage infrastructure to govern AI workstreams.
• Ensure adoption of prompts, agents and workflows across Client Development.
• Analyze usage, adoption and impact and report to leadership.
• Provide project management support for related transformation priorities.
