Job summary

Taktile enables financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations, leveraging its Agentic Decision Platform to automate complex decisions. We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers and seek a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own production deployments, architecture design, and customer collaboration across Berlin or London offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years engineering or deployment experience including customer-facing work.
• Strong background in CS, mathematics, software engineering, physics or data science.
• Proficient in production-grade Python and SQL; strong REST API design skills.
• Able to break down complex problems and make quick, well-informed decisions.
• Builds relationships with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production and own technical delivery across multiple deployments.
• Design solution architectures and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents, aligning with customer stakeholders.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers while balancing scope, speed and quality.
• Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product insights for the roadmap.
• Develop reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
• Mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers and support their development.
