Job summary

AXA is seeking an experienced AI Lead to own the AI delivery backlog and drive end-to-end value across UK operations. You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, safe and timely AI solutions that scale.

Leading multiple programmes, you will apply AI techniques across GenAI and agentic architectures, balancing risk, cost, and adoption while mentoring teams and shaping AXA's AI roadmap.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an AI and product management role.
• Proven delivery of AI/ML use cases with measurable business value.
• Technical expertise in AI technologies including LLMs and agentic architectures.
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI backlog and prioritise by value, feasibility and risk.
• Lead programmes from proof of concept to production deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with business, data science, engineering and architecture teams.
• Deliver production-ready GenAI solutions with data prep, MLOps, testing and monitoring.
• Drive adoption through communication, training and change management.
