Job summary
Axis Capital in London is seeking an AI Solutions Support Lead to own production AI solutions, coordinate governance, and drive incident management across delivery and operations teams. You will lead a team of AI engineers through partners, ensuring stability, performance, and value realization for deployed AI services.
You will collaborate with Data Engineering, BTS, and business stakeholders to manage incident response, monitor performance, and drive enhancements in line with governance
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting or maintaining production AI, ML, or analytics solutions.
- Strong incident management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of data platforms, APIs, cloud environments and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Own Production AI Solutions and ensure production readiness and ongoing support.
- Lead AI Support & Incident Management across internal and partner teams.
- Monitor solution performance, drift, bias, and governance adherence.
- Drive Continuous Improvement & manage enhancement backlogs for production AI.
- Collaborate with Data & Technology teams to ensure smooth transitions to support.
