Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Support Lead to own production AI solutions, coordinate incidents, and drive continuous improvement. You will manage cross-team collaboration with AI Delivery, Data Engineering, and governance functions to maintain high availability and value realization.

The role requires leading technical teams, managing partner resources, and ensuring adherence to AXIS AI governance standards while evolving solutions to meet changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting, operating, or maintaining production AI, machine learning, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating third-party delivery partners.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing application support, service management, or operational delivery functions.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, cloud environments, and software delivery practices.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Production AI Solutions and ensure ongoing operation and documentation.
• Lead incident management and coordinate fixes with internal and partner teams.
• Monitor performance, bias, drift, and governance compliance of AI solutions.
• Drive backlog, plan enhancements, and coordinate deployments.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and IT teams to ensure integration and governance.
