The AI Hub is our centre of excellence for delivering a significant portfolio of responsible AI and Automation solutions, that create measurable difference across the UK business. We’re looking for an experienced and proactive AI Lead to take the reins as product owner for our AI delivery and capability. You'll drive end to end delivery, converting innovative ideas into practical solutions that are adopted at scale. As the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you’ll own the backlog and ensure that solutions are delivered to the right standard of quality, safely and on time. You'll also ensure that the value we committed to is delivered through scaled user adoption. As the portfolio expands, you’ll play a key role in scaling our delivery model with it. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026.
