Job summary

HP is building a marketing production engine - an AI-enabled, template-driven content factory that lets marketers produce assets at scale without needing prompt engineering skills.

The Creative Technologist is the bridge between marketing intent and AI execution: turning HP's outputs into repeatable generation playbooks that run through pre-set templates, prompts and AI workflows within brand guardrails, at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production, creative technology or content systems (agency, studio or in-house).
• Hands-on experience with AI prompting and workflows for copywriting systems and design production workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem (Firefly + Creative Cloud; Express template logic a big plus).
• Comfort with experimentation and rigour - able to run AI tests, compare outputs and document what works.

Responsibilities

• Translate agency outcomes into AI-enabled "recipes" and generate repeatable playbooks.
• Partner with Adobe resources to implement and harden workflows.
• Quality, governance and continuous improvement to reduce regen loops and improve first-pass accuracy.
• Enablement - create simple, reusable guidelines and examples for marketers.
