Job summary

Insider One is seeking an AI Content Operations Manager to architect and operate our AI-powered content engine. You will design agents, workflows and templates that accelerate content production, while maintaining brand and quality across social, blogs, GEO and email channels.

You will balance automation with strong editorial judgement, collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing and Demand Gen, and own day-to-day operations in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across content marketing, campaign marketing, editing or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve AI agents, automations and workflows for content creation, adaptation, approval and distribution.
• Review and edit all marketing content using editorial judgement and subject matter expertise.
• Create and deploy content across social media, blogs, GEO, email, video, executive and internal communications.
