Job summary

Artlist is seeking a Product Builder to define and ship the future of video production for millions of creators using Gen AI. You will own end-to-end product area responsibilities, turning ideas into a working prototype and a tight buildable spec for engineers and AI agents.

You will translate evolving AI capabilities into high-quality user experiences, balancing user needs with technical constraints to drive measurable engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Hands-on video creator experience with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of creator workflows and Gen AI gaps.
• Ability to define a DoR and a buildable spec.
• Strong UI/UX sense; simplify complex systems.
• Data-driven with ability to define success metrics.
• Experience prototyping with modern AI tooling.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Definition of Ready for a product area and translate ideas into a prototype.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI agents to ship iteratively.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to scale product capabilities.
