Job summary

Insider One is seeking an AI Content Operations Manager to architect and run our AI-powered content engine. You will design AI agents, workflows and governance, while editing and shaping content across social, blogs, GEO and campaigns.

Reporting to Marketing, Brand and Communications, you will collaborate with senior teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand content globally. You will lead the day-to-day operations, develop reusable templates, and drive speed and quality with a systems mindset,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing or related field, preferably B2B SaaS/tech.
• Professional use of generative AI tools in marketing environments.
• Experience building AI workflows, agents, and repeatable content systems.
• Excellent writing and editorial judgement across formats/audiences.
• Strong campaign development and cross-channel delivery.
• Ability to translate complex ideas for executives into clear communications.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, and content performance best practices.
• Outstanding project management with multiple high-priority tasks.
• Collaborative stakeholder management across teams.
• Systems mindset with curiosity to improve processes.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools or marketing tech is a plus.
• Balance automation with human creativity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit marketing content using editorial judgement and expertise.
• Create and deploy content across social, blogs, GEO, email, video and more.
• Operate Insider One’s AI-powered content engine daily.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates and content frameworks for speed and quality.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Repurpose core content for different channels, formats and regions.
• Maintain high editorial standards and on-brand content.
• Establish governance and QA for AI-generated content.
• Evaluate new AI tools and boost productivity across marketing.
• Measure performance and continuously improve output and efficiency.
• Execute across strategy, systems building, editing and execution.
