Job summary

Insider One is seeking an AI Content Operations Manager to shape the next generation of the company’s content engine. You will design AI-powered workflows and templates, ensuring high-quality content across social media, blogs, GEO, and email.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across content marketing, campaign marketing, editing or related field.
• Demonstrable experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing environment.
• Experience building AI workflows, automations, agents or repeatable content production systems.
• Excellent writing, editing and editorial judgement across formats and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve AI agents, automations and workflows for content creation, adaptation, approval and distribution.
• Review and edit all marketing content using best judgement and taste.
• Create and deploy content across social media, blogs, GEO, email, video and other channels.
• Own the day-to-day operation of Insider One’s AI-powered content engine.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates and content frameworks to improve speed and quality.
