The Care Inspectorate is seeking an AI change lead in Scotland to shape how AI is adopted across the organisation. Reporting to the head of IT service delivery, the role focuses on governance, strategy translation, and building capability across teams.

You will lead cross-functional change, engage stakeholders, and ensure responsible AI adoption with measurable public value. Hybrid working across Scotland is available.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading large-scale organisational change.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, governance and risk in organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver an organisation-wide AI change and adoption plan.
• Assess impacts of AI initiatives and translate into change interventions.
• Build relationships with leaders, managers and staff networks.
• Coordinate communications, learning and guidance for AI capability.
• Identify AI use cases addressing genuine business needs and value.
• Ensure AI governance, information governance, cyber security and ethics compliance.
• Define adoption measures and monitor benefits with evidence.
