Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act for beneficiaries in claims related to executor duties.
• Handle inheritance act claims and will validity challenges.
• Advise on lifetime gifts to minimize disputes.
• Manage estate administration and executor removal disputes.
• Support fee earners in handling disputes and claims.
