The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and deep domain expertise in financial services operations, particularly in clearing and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agile Leadership: Champion Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to drive operational excellence in clearing and settlement.
  • Communication Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
