Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of real-world software delivery experience as an engineer.
• Able to operate with minimal hand-holding and implement fixes independently.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot/Claude Code) in development.
• Strong fundamentals: version control, code review, testing, debugging, and operations.
• Familiar with CI/CD, automated pipelines, deployments, rollbacks, and release hygiene.
• Excellent communication across product, architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Willingness to learn secure SDLC, data governance, logging/monitoring, and risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI operations software and integrations for Client360, following platform standards.
• Partner with architecture and engineering leads to implement the target-state workbench and control environment.
• Own small-to-medium engineering deliverables end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, release, post-release support.
• Contribute to code reviews and quality gates; identify and remediate risky changes.
• Support runbooks, instrumentation, dashboards, alerts, incident learnings, and production hygiene.
• Contribute to CI/CD and release practices with automated build/test pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Coordinate integration with platform and data operations to enable agent-led workflows with reliability and auditability.
• Support traceability and evidence with SMEs and control functions for risk delivery.
• Establish and track KPIs (stability, adoption, time-to-value, automation effectiveness).
• Collaborate with Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank to drive adoption of agentic AI solutions.
