Sytner BMW & MINI Luton is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a talented team of service advisors, technicians and support staff in delivering a full Aftersales service. The role is full‑time and may include weekends to ensure customers receive the highest service levels.

You will drive profitability, maximise sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants and tyres, and uphold a customer‑first service ethos in a high‑pressure environment.
