Sytner Tamworth, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking an outstanding Service Manager to lead the BMW and MINI service operation. You will oversee a large team of Service Advisors and Technicians, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, commercial focus on labour, parts and service activity, and the ability to foster a positive culture where colleagues can thrive.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Service/Aftersales management experience in automotive preferred.
• BMW/MINI experience advantageous but not essential for exceptional leaders.
• Strong leadership, attitude, ambition and cultural fit are crucial.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a large, high-performing Service team of Advisors and Technicians.
• Champion a best-in-class BMW/MINI customer experience with high standards.
• Drive operational excellence across service: efficiency, productivity, quality and first-time-right.
• Own the department's commercial performance across labour, MOT, tyres, lubricants and maintenance.
• Coach and develop leadership peers and team members to realise potential.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales and wider Retailer teams to succeed collectively.
• Maintain highest Manufacturer, Sytner, Health & Safety and operational standards.
• Bring energy and continuous improvement to an already successful operation.
