Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is seeking an experienced Service Front of House Manager to lead our service advisors and support team. You will deliver a full Aftersales service to customers, maximise profitability, and ensure first-time fixes with a customer-first approach.

As part of the management team, you will strive for operational excellence, maintain leadership standards, and work within a high-pressured environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential
• Ability to work in a high-pressured environment with strong leadership skills
• Drive operational excellence with a strategic mindset to prioritise customer service

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of service advisors and support staff within the service department
• Oversee delivery of a full Aftersales service to customers while maximizing profitability across parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants and tyres
• Act as a key member of the management team to run an efficient, professional aftersales operation and ensure the customer is always put first
