Jago Consultants are recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager to run the service department for a busy main dealership in the United Kingdom. You will oversee all service operations, review CSI surveys, drive performance, coach and motivate staff, and control costs and budgets.

The role requires a strong leader who can recruit, analyse KPIs, and implement targeted activity to improve customer satisfaction. A rewarding package with base salary around 40k negotiable and OTE to 60k is on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ambassador for the Brand and Dealer group.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
• Review CSI surveys and other customer satisfaction measures.
• Challenge and drive the performance of the Service department staff.
• Manage, coach and motivate the team to ensure staff development and engagement.
• Control costs for the department and monitor budgets.
• Monitor performance against targets and KPIs, review service KPIs regularly.
