Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Bath is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our fast-paced service department at our KIA dealership. You will focus on profitability and customer satisfaction, reporting to the General Manager, and a secure full-time permanent role with a £45,000 base salary and a company-provided vehicle.

You will drive KPI targets, mentor the team, and implement efficient workshop operations to maximise workshop throughput and service quality, with an OTE of £60,000 and a supportive

• Experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager, ideally from a franchised dealership.
• Ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous.

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our KIA dealership in Bath. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE OF £60,000 and a company provided vehicle. This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position will you have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
• Fantastic organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
• An ability to overcome customer issues
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous
