Allen Motor Group in Rayleigh, Essex, is seeking a Local Business Development Manager for our KIA dealership. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and growing local business sales across the Essex CMA.

Responsabilités

• Identify and contact local businesses, SMEs, and key sectors to promote the KIA range.
• Conduct business visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable KIA models and funding options.
• Prepare quotes and finance proposals in line with FCA/ITC guidelines.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Local Business Development Manager at our KIA dealership in Rayleigh. To be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and growing KIA local business sales across the Essex CMA. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday, with a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £45,000 reporting to the General Manager.

Do I need experience?

To be considered for this position you will need to have strong previous automotive sales experience, having B2B automotive sales experience would be very highly advantageous. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
