Job summary

Vibe Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's brand-new automotive dealership in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity to build an aftersales operation from the ground up and lead the Service & Parts departments from day one.

You will own the complete aftersales operation, coach teams, drive customer satisfaction and retention, manage workshop loading, budgets and performance against targets, and recruit a high‑performing team while seeking new business

• Experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager / Parts Manager
• Strong automotive dealership experience
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Target-driven with a commercial mindset
• Passionate about customer service
• Hands-on, proactive and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious automotive professional to build an aftersales operation from the ground up, lead the Service & Parts departments and make a real impact from day one.

THE ROLE - AFTERSALES MANAGER
