Job summary

KPI People Ltd in Watford is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to lead the workshop and front-of-house teams and drive customer service excellence.

Delivering department profitability and budgets, you will coach staff, optimise capacity, control costs and monitor CSI, while maintaining a high standard of service on a Monday–Friday schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
