Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an Aftersales Manager for an automotive business in Southend. The role leads day-to-day aftersales operations and drives performance.

You will manage the aftersales team, improve workshop and service metrics, monitor KPIs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. A strong leadership background in automotive aftersales is essential.

The package includes £45,000 basic salary plus £65,000 OTE and a company car.

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an automotive business in Southend.

The Role

As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the aftersales department.
