The Recruitment Solution is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead a skilled automotive service team at a well-established dealership. You will direct day-to-day service operations, drive performance, and ensure staffing levels meet demand while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Your role includes reporting to senior management, optimizing resources, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed.
• Oversee the service department, managing resource levels and productivity.
• Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks.
• Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
