Omoda & Jaecoo Hull is recruiting an Aftersales Manager to oversee the workshop, Service Advisors and Parts department. You will be a driven, commercially minded leader focused on delivering excellent customer service and results.

In this role you will ensure warranty/repair work meets manufacturer standards, drive efficiency and profitability, manage budgets, lead the team to achieve KPIs, and uphold health and safety while enhancing CSI and customer retention at Lithia UK.

Qualifications

• Experience running a workshop or parts department.
• Ability to manage budgets and pricing policies.
• Knowledge of consumer/vehicle legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and budget tracking.
• Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to.
• Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs to exceed expectations.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Enhance customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.
• Experience in a target driven environment with the ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets.
• Passion for exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention.
• Proven background in running a successful workshop or parts department.
