Qualifications

• Proven Aftersales/aftersales manager experience in a dealership.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with budget and KPI management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant industry qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all Aftersales operations, including service, parts, and workshop teams.
• Managing daily workshop performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets.
• Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments.
• Developing staff through training, motivation, and performance management.
• Controlling department budgets and ensuring commercial targets are met.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Maintaining effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers.
