Job summary

Stratstone BMW & MINI Derby, part of Lithia UK, seeks an Aftersales Manager to oversee the workshop, Service Advisors and parts department. The role emphasises strong leadership, customer focus and commercially minded decision-making in a target-driven environment.

You will drive warranty/compliance, pricing reviews and KPI achievement while maintaining high CSI scores and a safe, efficient operation.

• Proven background in running a workshop or parts department with strong business acumen and knowledge of vehicle legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warranty and repair work adheres to manufacturer and company standards.
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour, parts and materials within budget.
• Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Regularly review pricing policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
• Lead the team, set clear targets and KPIs to excel and overachieve.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Enhance levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department.

Our Stratstone site BMW & MINI Derby are recruiting an Aftersales Manager to oversee their workshop, Service Advisors and parts department.

We are looking for a candidate with past automotive aftersales experience. Customer focus and providing excellent customer service is key. You will be a very driven and commercially minded candidate and be very comfortable in a target driven environment.

What does the role of an Aftersales Manager involve?

• Ensure all warranty and repair work is carried out adheres to manufacturer and company standards
• Maximise efficiency and profitability for the Service department through labour sales, parts and materials and constantly assessing against budget objectives
• Management of accounts, budgets and costs for the whole department.
• Regular review of pricing policies and ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to
• Leading the team, setting clear targets and KPIs, to excel and over achieve these
• Ensure and maintain a safe working environment and that processes are followed that adhere to health and safety regulations
• Enhancing levels of customer service to achieve a high CSI score for the department
