Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the service department and drive exceptional customer outcomes and profitability.

You will oversee daily operations, coach a diverse team of Technicians and Service Advisors, manage performance, and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards. This is a full-time role with a strong focus on service excellence and commercial success within the group.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Aftersales or Service Manager with strong background in service operations.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse team and lead by example.
• Excellent customer service acumen and focus on compliance with standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Service department, driving productivity and efficiency across the team.
• Lead, coach and inspire Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts and other vital service staff to deliver great customer outcomes while meeting targets.
• Take accountability for departmental financials, working with Head of Business and support teams to ensure profitability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive team culture, driving performance and professional development across the department.
