Job summary

Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking an Aftersales Data & Recall Advisor to join our Head Office team. This role focuses on recalls, data quality, and reporting, with opportunities to develop transferable skills in the motor trade and advance within a family-owned business that values people.

You’ll work in a supportive environment with structured training and a focus on customer satisfaction. Daily duties include liaising with customers by phone, producing detailed manufacturer-based reports,

Qualifications

• GCSE ICT, Maths and English or equivalent.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on a daily basis regarding outstanding recalls and arrange for the required work (minimum 3 days a week on the phone).
• Produce detailed reporting using manufacturer-based system and communicate findings to senior management.
• Carry out data cleansing to ensure our customer CRM database is accurate and effective.
• Work with colleagues to review site performance and produce accurate reporting for senior management and directors to improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow up customers after their visit to ensure the highest customer service.
• Download Customer Service Index from manufacturers’ sites regarding Stoneacre performance and customer feedback.
• Import information and producing Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
• Distribute reports to Branch Managers, Regional Managers and Directors.
• Responsible for the Motability contract, downloading and importing statistics.
• Training provided to audit branch procedures and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
