Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor in the United Kingdom to deliver premium customer service and ensure smooth flow of information between workshop and customers. This role supports a high-performance service team and strives to exceed customer expectations.

You will build rapport with clients, identify service needs, liaise with the workshop, process payments and invoices, and handle enquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• You will have a minimum of 1-year service advisor experience.
• Experience with RTC & Kerridge /ADP systems preferred; training may be provided.
• Competent in ICT, Maths and English as standard.

Responsabilités

• Manage all customer communications and interactions for the dealership.
• Identify service needs and agree work with the customer and workshop.
• Liaise with workshop to determine vehicle completion times and relay information.
• Update customers regularly on progress and status of their vehicles.
• Process payments and issue invoices for customers.
• Support handling complaints in line with company policy.
• Ensure handover and administration of customer vehicles are completed to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium advice.
